At long last, after a long 70 year period of ringing the bells by rope, the Parish Community of ST BRUNO DE GUIGUES (Témiscamingue) Province of Québec is now very proud of its new PERROT ringing system produced and imported from Germany. The bells had been imported from France and installed in 1953. Our Canadian representative supervised the complete installation of LR10 ringers, hour striking mechanism, remote control and PERCONTA HU6. This very rich agricultural community lies in proximity to the famous Lake Témiscamingue which gradually flows southwards, firstly into the mighty Ottawa River and then, finally into the majestic Saint Lawrence River before reaching the Atlantic Ocean some 1’900 km away.
